Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well-maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Before play begins, shoes must come off and pockets must be emptied. Food, drinks, toys, sharp objects, silly string, glitter, and other items that could cause injury, stains, or damage are not allowed on the inflatable.

All of our units are made from 100% lead-free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. For water rentals, we provide one 50-foot water hose. If the setup location is farther from your water source, please have enough additional hose available before we arrive.

Our inflatables can be set up on flat grassy surfaces away from underground and above ground utilities OR indoors with sandbags. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Outdoor inflatables are installed only on suitable flat, grassy areas and are secured at the required anchor points with heavy-duty stakes. Indoor setups may use properly weighted sandbags when approved for the unit and location. Customers are responsible for identifying underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation, and other hidden lines before setup. We use 18-inch stakes, so please make sure the setup area is safe for staking before we arrive.

If there is another inflatable company you plan to use, we require proof of their general liability insurance prior to event. If the other company is using your power source, you must rent a generator from us OR have our power source on a separate breaker. This is to protect YOU while protecting our equipment. If their equipment is faulty and causes damages, we want to be assured WE are protected. As always, SAFETY is a priority! Renting a generator will avoid these issues. Also, keep in mind about your water source such as having enough water hoses! We will gladly work with others IF they are actually LICENSED AND INSURED and not sharing the power source!

Yes. You may make payments toward your remaining balance, including weekly payments. A $50 deposit is required to reserve your unit and date (unless it is Connect Four or Jenga). Payments must be received IN FULL prior to us setting up. If we arrive and there is any issue, you will be charged the full cost of the rental. If there is a no show/”change of mind”/rain(we do NOT cancel for rain)/inadequate power and/or water sources, FULL cost is charged and we depart with our unit.

If you cancel BEFORE 48hrs of the scheduled event, we will gladly refund every dollar. YOU MUST SPEAK WITH ME in person or via phone TO CANCEL if you have PAID. This ensures I am AWARE! We gladly refund every dollar paid towards that booking if before the 48 hour window.  Last-minute cancellations result in you being responsible for the ENTIRE amount. We do not allow cancellations within 48 hours of the contracted rental. Why? This causes loss of business. Simple.

Yes. Event staffing is available and is especially helpful for schools, churches, festivals, corporate events, and other high-traffic events. Our staff helps supervise the assigned inflatable or game according to the operating rules and rental agreement. Ask about staffing when requesting your quote so we can plan the right coverage for your event.

We accept cash, Venmo, business checks, and online card payments but the $50 deposit must be paid online.

We use Square to process payments and we absorb a portion of that cost so you save more!

Our online checkout processes credit and debit cards through Square.

If you have a payment question or need to arrange another accepted payment method, contact us before making the payment.

ALL payments are final!

Inflatables require proper installation, anchoring, supervision, power, and weather awareness. An improperly installed or operated inflatable can create serious safety hazards. That is why we follow a safety-first setup process and review operating rules with customers before use. We stake the inflatable at every anchor point using 18-inch steel stakes or sandbags. We have had several customers state that nobody has ever anchored their rental and that is sickening to me! We spread awareness at every rental and educate about safe set-ups, so that every step is taken to protect our children!

Water slides may only be used wet or dry when that specific unit is designed and approved for that use. We do have some that can be rented dry but we have combos that are made specifically for wet/dry events! Water is actually safer for waterslides… Also, setting up on pavement can be dangerous as well. Our slides above 15 ft are not set up on pavement and are not rented for dry use. There are safe ways to set up dry and on pavement, absolutely! But we will not cut corners nor compromise a persons safety for a few bucks, EVER!

Many customers have never been shown what a properly anchored, professionally installed inflatable should look like. We explain the setup, operating rules, and important safety steps at delivery so you know what to watch throughout the rental. We take safety seriously and will not cut corners to complete a setup that we believe is unsafe. If the site, weather, power, water, or other conditions are not suitable, we will explain the issue and follow the terms of the rental agreement.

Our goal is simple: clean equipment, careful installation, clear customer instructions, and a safe, fun event from setup through pickup.

Our booking software asks for event times, but standard weekend residential deliveries are generally scheduled within a morning delivery window. We narrow down your arrival window before the event and text an ETA on the morning of delivery. If your venue or event requires a firm setup deadline, tell us when booking so we can plan accordingly.

Pickup times can vary during busy water-slide weekends. Unless we tell you otherwise, leave the inflatable fully inflated until our crew arrives. For wet units, turn the water off and follow the pickup instructions provided with your rental so the unit can begin drying before we arrive. We stay in touch if the route changes.
